Who we are
MIH is steered by Sarah Fisher, an experienced property management professional, whose passion for property drove her to set up the company in 2016, with a team of equally driven individuals.
Under her leadership, we have grown organically to become an established part of the London property landscape, known for our unique, hands-on attitude, our innovative approach to problem solving and our almost ferocious determination to get things done.
We believe that strong relationships are at the heart of successful property management, working hard to build trust between owners or freeholders and their lessees and suppliers. We have applied the same principle to building our talented team, which includes both in-house colleagues and a select portfolio of specialist associates.
Every member of the team shares the same simple goal: to make owning a property 100% painless. Our proactive approach means we can spot a potential issue before it arises, and use our toolbox of knowledge, tactics and contacts to fix a snag before it becomes a problem. However large or small the property, whatever needs doing, at any
time of the day, MIH will make it happen.
How we work
At MIH we believe that you can’t manage a property until you know it inside out. So we start with an in-depth review of what’s working well and what could be better, from supplier contracts to potential building works. We use this to create a management proposal that is robust, cost-efficient and straightforward – with no nasty surprises.
When it comes to negotiating and implementing leases, we have a can-do attitude, refusing to give up until we’ve found a way around any issues. Where building or enhancement work is required, we work with our clients to develop a realistic budget, and we allocate it wisely and cleverly.
Our specialist associates work across the building and property industries, and bring an extra layer of expertise to a project when needed. We work closely with them to deliver the best solution, and stay hands-on until the work is done, allowing our clients to get on with their day jobs and leave everything to us.

Charity of the year
With the events of Grenfell Tower still fresh in our minds and the huge risks taken by our public servants, often due to human error, when it came to considering who would be MIH’s charity of the year, there was simply no contest.
The Fire Fighter’s charity ensures that so many of our unsung heroes do not go unrecognised or unrewarded for their service, which sadly seems to be the norm rather than the exception to the rule.
While MIH strives to ensure that they remain non-partisan with regards to politics and have no political allegiances, we do know that those who put their lives in danger every day for others should get something back for their loyal service and by supporting the Fire Fighters Charity we can at least repay some of our debt!
